Subordinate clauses with "weil"

With "weil" (because) you answer the question "Warum?" (Why?). As with "dass", the conjugated verb goes at the end of the clause.

You can also put the "weil" clause first; then the main clause starts with the verb: Weil ich müde bin, gehe ich ins Bett. (Because I'm tired, I'm going to bed.)

Example: Ich lerne Deutsch, weil ich in Berlin arbeiten möchte. (I'm learning German because I want to work in Berlin.)
