"wenn" for repeated events

You use "wenn" (when/whenever) for things that happen again and again (every time) or in the future. It is a conjunction, so the verb goes at the end of the subordinate clause. Instead of "wenn" you can also say "immer wenn" (whenever).

Example: Wenn ich Zeit habe, gehe ich schwimmen. (Whenever I have time, I go swimming.)
