Passive in the present
In the active, who does something matters; in the passive, what happens matters. The doer is often unknown or unimportant. The present passive is formed with "werden" (conjugated) + past participle at the end.
When transforming, the accusative object of the active sentence becomes the subject of the passive sentence. The doer can be added with "von" + dative (but need not be).

Note:
- The passive signal is always a form of "werden" (not "sein").
- The past participle stands at the end.
- The doer: von + person (vom Arzt), durch + means/cause (durch den Sturm).
Examples:
- Hier wird ein neues Haus gebaut. (A new house is being built here.)
- Die Rechnungen werden am Monatsende bezahlt. (The bills are paid at month's end.)
- Das Formular wird online ausgefüllt. (The form is filled in online.)
